Vegan Nut-Free Granola | Don’t Milk It

Granola is a great way to start the day! It’s delicious with fresh fruit and dairy-free milk or yogurt. Why not try this in my parfait recipe?

Nut-Free Granola

Makes: 6 servings
Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Storage: store in an airtight container for up to a week.

  • 200g Oats
  • 150g Sunflower/Pumpkin/Chia and Flax seeds (mixed in the quantity you want)
  • 6 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 75g Dairy Free Spread

Heat oven to 160C/325F/Gas Mark 3

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until butter is well distributed.

Line a baking tray with parchment and spread mixture out on top.

Bake in the oven for 20 mins, or until golden.

Leave to cool and break into small chunks.
