Parfait is now my favourite healthy dessert, but this recipe is also great for a super quick vegan breakfast. You can make this parfait with either shop bought vegan granola or with my quick homemade granola.

Prep time: 10 mins
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt
- Fresh Fruit of choice
In a glass place about 3 tbsps of granola and a layer of fresh fruit and another 3 tbsps of dairy-free yogurt.
Repeat step 1 again and serve as is or with any toppings you like : chocolate chips, some more fresh/dried fruit or a drizzle of maple syrup.
