Pour oats, raspberries and milk into a pan.
Heat on a medium-high heat and stir until oatmeal starts to thicken, about 15 mins. (while stirring I also smushed the raspberries so they were more evenly distributed).
Pour into a bowl, add chia seeds, raspberries, and chocolate on top.
Leave to cool for a few moments as this will allow the chocolate to melt. (optional)
