Easy Vegan Baked Beans

Cooking time: 40 mins
Storage: Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days. Can be frozen for longer and to serve should be thawed in the fridge and heated thoroughly through.



Chop and dry fry onions, once softened (about 5 mins) add cumin and toast for another minute or so.

Put cooked beans in a glass roasting dish and pour over passata, molasses and ketchup and stir.

Put salt and pepper and onions in bean mix and stir.

Bake 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for 40 mins.
