Hello and welcome to Don’t Milk It,

I created this site as a way to keep up with all the information I’ve collected since becoming vegan. I love sharing helpful lifestyle tips and information to make it easier for anyone interested in transitioning to a vegan or more cruelty-free way of life. This site is full of the most delicious vegan recipes and helpful tips, including general information and questions about veganism, vegan nutrition, information on what to order when you are at your favourite restaurants as well as ‘accidentally’ vegan food finds in UK shops; also check my Instagram (where I post the products that I find) you may be surprised by what is actually vegan on the supermarket shelves. (just double check before buying as ingredients tend to change, and may not be suitable for milk allergy sufferers due to cross-contamination).
